The new callback additionally returns the block/page size of the PTE entry through the mapped_length parameter. Implement in all three io-pgtable backends: - ARM LPAE: returns ARM_LPAE_BLOCK_SIZE at the resolved level - ARM v7s: returns block size derived from level mask - DART: returns pgsize_bitmap (single fixed page size) The old iova_to_phys is kept as a thin wrapper for backward compat.
