This patch is clean and simple. The mailbox interface with 8 register-backed mailboxes, command send, state read, and reset operations looks fine.
One minor note: `neutron_mbox_send_cmd` writes args with `writel_relaxed` but the final command ID with `writel`. The ordering guarantee from the non-relaxed `writel` ensures all args are visible before the command, which is correct.
