Adds support for the LDB being a child node of the LVDS CSR (blk-ctl). The `if:not:then:` pattern correctly limits the `ldb` child to only the `nxp,imx94-lvds-csr` compatible, and requires `#address-cells`/`#size-cells` when the child is present.
