This is a well-structured 3-patch series (v9) introducing Runtime PM for the Raspberry Pi V3D GPU driver. The series has gone through extensive review iterations and has accumulated multiple Reviewed-by tags. The decomposition is clean: patch 1 is a small cleanup, patch 2 reorganizes probe to separate resource allocation from HW enablement, and patch 3 adds the actual runtime PM. The overall approach is sound and follows standard kernel runtime PM patterns.
The series is in good shape. I have a few observations, mostly minor, and one moderate concern about error handling in the perfmon PM paths.
