The binding is clean and follows the established pattern from `ilitek,ili9805.yaml`. The `focuslcds` vendor prefix addition is correctly placed alphabetically.
**Minor observation — `backlight` as required:**

Making `backlight` required means every board using this panel *must* specify a backlight phandle in DT. Since this already has Conor's Reviewed-by, this is fine as-is.
No other issues with patch 1.
