The panel compatible strings are added in alphabetical order, which matches the existing style in `panel-simple.yaml`. Each entry has a descriptive comment with the resolution.
Note that `waveshare,7.0inch-c-panel` is listed in the cover letter as already existing in the bindings but is not re-added here -- this is correct since it's already present in the file.
Already has `Acked-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski`. No issues.
