Straightforward cleanup. The `get_gsp_info` wrapper in `commands.rs` is removed and the call site in `boot.rs` calls `self.cmdq.send_command(bar, commands::GetGspStaticInfo)` directly. The `GetGspStaticInfo` struct visibility is widened from private to `pub(crate)` to support this.
No issues. Clean and correct.
