Straightforward mechanical rename of `msg_reply_value` -> `msg_reply_counter_value` and `doit_reply_value` -> `doit_reply_counter_value`. This is a reasonable preparatory cleanup to disambiguate counter value helpers from the upcoming threshold value helpers.
