Subject: Claude review: dma: contiguous: Make dma_contiguous_default_area static
Date: Wed, 01 Apr 2026 07:50:36 +1000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <review-patch3-20260331-dma-buf-heaps-as-modules-v4-3-e18fda504419@kernel.org> (raw)

Patch Review
After patch 2, no external code references `dma_contiguous_default_area` directly, so it can be made static. Clean and correct.
The commit message says "dma_contiguous_default_area()" with parentheses, treating it like a function, but it's a variable. Very minor nit.
