The rename from `tests/intel/xe_cgroups.c` to `tests/drv_dmem_cgroups.c` and the multi-driver iteration loop look correct. The `igt_subtest_group` scoping with per-driver `fd` is the right IGT pattern.
The test documentation update correctly generalizes the description. The `SUBSETS: xe` removal makes sense since this is no longer Xe-specific.
